I began my Australian journey with nothing but grit.
From cleaning toilets at an Indian restaurant to flipping burgers at KFC, I worked my way up — step by step — to become the fastest board appointee in MYER’s 100-year history.
I led one of the country’s largest retail supply chain transformations, turning a –$66M loss into a +$25M profit in under a year.
My climb wasn’t just professional — it was deeply personal. Every rung of the ladder was earned, not inherited.
And yet, success alone didn’t bring fulfillment.
